Description

Make the webpage that allows user input

ETA:

4-5 hrs

Objective:

[x] Text option to submit starting and ending locations
[x] Output to show carbon emissions for each route
[x] Drop downs for make and model lists via Carbon Interface API, selects correct model ID -> 2hrs
[x] Add map from MapQuest.js -> 30 min
