rename previously existing files in corpus/whitelisted/VladimirPopov/WebForms to better distinguish them from newly added files (CRLF vs. LF line endings)
This adds the LF-only (instead of CRLF) versions of VladimirPopov/Webforms (2.4.0) to the whitelist

Thanks! Will merge for now, but have made a todo that whitelisted files will be normalized first (CRLF > LF) so we can simplify the repo.
