Use a template when creating spreadsheets #20

Specifically, this doc will be our template:

The idea is to pre-populate a sheet with useful formulas, as well as pre-configuring anything we want on our main sheet by default (which is looking like just 1 frozen row/column.)

We can also add custom formulas, if we have time.
