There should be a way for the puzzle czar (or someone) to archive a puzzle, kicking everyone off it. #83

Probably only after it's solved, AND the czar decides we're done with it (or it could be done automatically after a delay or something.)

It shouldn't delete anything, just boot everyone from the channel (maybe unless they have a pref set to not do that or something.)
