Occasional freezes during GT catalog load #29

I have found that the execution freezes occasionally when attempting to load the GT catalog after displaying the message: Downloading to {HOME}/.cache/MAYA/catalog.temp.txt:, even if it has previously been downloaded. In this case, MAYACatalog.load shows no error but doesn't finish executing. It sometimes takes multiple restarts to get it to load.
