Add CI testing

On top of what #59 adds, these following cases need to be tested:

• Event name in the GWYYMMD_HHMMSS format
• Catalog release date in the YYYY-MM-DD format
• Unrecognized detector short name
• Missing or extra units
• Exactly one preferred PE set
