Note that KAGRA files for a given day are generally created a little after 00:00 UTC = 09:00 JST (the same day) = 16:00 PST (the previous day) = 17:00 PDT, covering 00:00:00-23:59:59 UTC = 16:00:00-15:59:59 PST = 17:00:00-16:59:59 PDT. The segment files are downloaded and published ~30 minutes later. So for example, at 17:00 PDT on 25 April, which is 00:00 UTC on 26 April, the KAGRA segments files are created for 00:00-23:59 UTC on 25 April, which is at 09:00 JST on 26 April. This means that with the current file production cadence, there will be no KAGRA segments visible on any (UTC) day until after the (UTC) day is over, and the production of the full-day plot might need to be adjusted (or segment retrieval and publishing might be adjusted), in order to include KAGRA segments.
Stuart Anderson requested that KAGRA segments be added to the Network Summary pages, in the IGWN operating segments plot.
