Showcase should be reponsive #61

The showcase (including navbar) should be responsive, if the user resolve to test it in a mobile device.

I made GridSystem showcase. My next task,maybe I'll create ResponsiveGridSystem showcase.

No.I don't have thinking. If you didn't do it,I want to try it. :) But you are doing and finish it ,I don't mind. Thanks you for your doing. :)

I was not sure if we were all talking about the same thing. I made the whole Showcase responsive. It now adapts to the screen size. I didn't add anything, like the Fluid Grid System.

Oh... Sorry. I don't see your commit.I was misstaken. Please wait a little(1-2days) because I want to verify the current showcase status.

Ok.I undurstand the current status. I was thinking I try to midify Showcase responsive and. create Fluid Grid System Showcase. but you modified Showcase to responsive.

Right now,the remaining task is creating Fluid Grid System Showcase. But it's not this issue's task.

I'll try Fluid Grid System without this issue. :)

Could you first migrate the gwt4bootstrap components (#68)? Copy & paste may be enough. I'll try to implement the forms (#42).

OK. Right now, I push some classes. But Soory, I don't write javadoc and license. Please leave it. I'll write javadoc and license. I want to try license-maven-plugin. ;)
