I cannot accept this pull request since it modifies files that are not desirable (the commit 46ddfe4 "Update README.md", for instance, is not wanted).
I think you should isolate the commits you really wants to push: create another branch named "contributions" and cherry picks some commits from master inside it, then create a new pull requests from the contributions branch. This will do the trick.
