gwt-d3-ui contains widgets that are experimental, and whose goals,scope and lifecycle are different from the gwt-d3 wrapper library.
We should remove it from the gwtd3 project, and let it lives its own life.
Let's move it into a new github "organization" (why not in Tiviz organization since it contributed a lot).
