Clean up Eclipse/IDE Documentation #202

The goal is to erase eclipse documentation and then create a guide that points to the IDE Plugins.

I'm going to shelve this until GWT Con round tables because it feels like too many hands in the pot and the PRs are not moving. Also I'd like to know if there is a consensus on changes before I put time into this.
