Remove outdated GWT surveys page #316

The linked GWT surveys are outdated (last report is from 2015). The links of the page also navigate the user to https://github.com/manolo/gwt-polymer-elements which doesn't makes sense so there is no value for the GWT site and no reason to keep the survey page. I suggest to remove it.
