Focus-Issue with RichTextArea inside TabPanel #3109

Found in GWT Release:
1.5.2

Detailed description:
It is difficult do discribe the issue, that is why we created a small GWT
application which demonstrate the faulty behavior, please try out. In
short: TextBoxes are not editable if you insert a RichTextBox into a
TabPanel in example on initial dialog and switch into an other dialog
without any other interaction. It is already detailled described in the GWT
groups.

Occurs only in 1.5.2 and 1.5.3! I can't reproduce in previous versions. Version 1.5.1
is the last, where the issue don't occurs...
