when-linker-added property is not defined in the gwt-module.dtd #9617

Description

In Intellij IDEA my module definition is marked as errored because of it cannot find when-linker-added definition in the gwt-module.dtd

Steps to reproduce

Create any project with GWT
Add to *.gwt.xml file replace-with node with when-linker-added child

Question

My main question: is it should be described in the gwt-module.dtd? Or am I forgot to include some dtd file in my xml?

It should be in gwt-module.dtd. Seems like it is missing.
