focus on the mental health aspect, the application of physical symptoms to mental health is really unique.
Look into some kind of encryption for actually transmitting the information wirelessly (HIPPA).
Use the accelerometer to rule out a heart rate spike due to exercise. Some one having a panic attack wouldn't be moving as much as someone exercising.
Try to keep the device small. It's proof of concept, so expectations aren't high, but ideally it should be easily wearable. Optical heart rate monitors require the device to be snug to the skin.

What if it mistakes you for a different body state? How many users can you guys manage based on your guys' server size?

We think this is a really interesting idea and that you guys have a lot of positive and good intentions for this. Look into how you guys can manage so much information and all that. There seems to be a lot of options and different protocols for one user but there are many of them so there's going to be a lot of data and information with different preferences

Fantastic idea. It was really cool to see how they have though about the design of the system. Very effective use of AWS IoT. I would be really interested to see the following:

How you get to Arduino to support the different tasks?
How costly is encryption going to be on such a system?
