Update paper_review.md with new plan #34

Before, the system for paper review didn't account for weeks with only one paper-review day. As a result, it was ambiguous as to what type of review should be done for those days.

This proposed change would instead have the alternating between critical and comprehension reviews happen for each day of papers, rather than each week. As a result, if you did a critical review for paper 4a, you would do a comprehension review for either 5a or 5b.

looks good! Definitely less ambiguous.

Not quite correct, if I understand correctly. You do not need to alternate. The following is allowed, but wouldn't be allowed on alternation:

T: critical R: comprehension T: comprehension R: critical

Every week, I was assuming that people would want the option to select which type of review they wanted to do, so that they would have 4 papers to choose from to decide which topic they devoted the largest, then the second largest chunk of time to.

To be clear, I'm fine with this policy, but I'd imagine it would require people to change their current assignment on the spreadsheet.

I think that what is missing is a concept of a "week" in your specification.

We also want a PR (perhaps this one) that specifies what to do if we have a single day of reviews in a week.
