organize/lead OSS UN SDG CHAOSS working group #66

out of the OSPOs for Good UN conference in July 2024 I reached out on their slack channel about starting a working group to help open source projects track their impact on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Many people expressed interest in supporting this effort and a working group is being created in CHAOSS to manage this effort.

The new CHAOSS UN SDG working group has been created. Ruth Ikegah and myself (David Lippert) are the co-leaders. We have bi-weekly meetings and a new github repo to track our work.
