Investigate HOST_IP setting in cluster-node.env #101

Confirm whether HOST_IP can use an internal IP address or internal domain name resolution instead of external IP address in the cluster-node.env. HOST_IP is used by the Spark loader.

Since this is working as currently configured, recommend not changing away from the IP address on production.
