File upload: select files does not show files post-selection; upload returns json to browser #11

In the http://gwdev-kerchner.wrlc.org:8086/files/new view: Use the Select Files button to select a file. No indication results that a file was selected. Pressing Upload does upload the file, but returns json to the browser.

Resolved by hard refresh of upload page in the browser (following merge of pull request #15 )
