The Issue Types dropdown currently defaults to "blank", and there is a value in the list for "Select an Issue Type". It might be cleaner to simply remove Select an Issue Type. This appears to be controlled in: https://github.com/projecthydra/sufia/blob/7eaeef5e197b14b401e01fc52d55b1125a787f94/app/models/contact_form.rb and https://github.com/projecthydra/sufia/blob/7eaeef5e197b14b401e01fc52d55b1125a787f94/app/views/contact_form/new.html.erb This would need to be a Contribute To Sufia, unless we wish to simply override for now.
