Apply GW colors, consider GW fonts and styling from Libraries' bootswatch (test)

@StudioZut can you take a look at this to see if there is anything we should do in terms of applying GW colors to GWsufia? Also should be apply the Library lite-head/footer to the page? I'd like to get your input. @ihardy you have an ideas around these as well?
