Add upload of collection icon/image to collections #26

-Upload for collection icon or image -Ability to associate an image or icon with a collection.

Rather than uploading a new image, this would entail selecting a file in the collection to be used for its thumbnail. Intention is that the thumbnail would be shown instead of the folder icon.
