Bug: Tabs on Profile page are not working #72

Clicking on "Profile" or "Activity" tabs doesn't do anything. Probably could fix this by including bootstrap.js.
Probably should put this in sufia

This has been resolved in Sufia. A little unclear as to which tickets in Sufia this corresponds to, but it passes testing in gw-sufia using the sufia 4.0.0 gem. Closing ticket.
