Consider re-labeling Collections as "Folders" #81

Interesting to note that just today we were discussing replacing the icon for collections so we don't suggest they behave like folders! Ha.

We are also on the fence about this. We have issue #52 about replacing the folder icon on collections.

I don't think we will re-label as a "folder". We are going to add metadata to collection creation/edit. One metadata field will be to classify the type of collection being created ref #82. This will help us forward migrate collections that represent "works" in the future should a "works" model be added to sufia. Also exploring adding a item picker for selecting the thumbnail of collection item to represent the collection rather then the default folder icon ref #26.

See comment above, won't fix. Will focus on user education to ensure we have flexibility in the future if we add works to Sufia.
