Add "type" metadata field to collections #82

Using DC type fields(?) add a metadata space for users to categorize collections. Related to #25 .

Verified that Collections now have the same metadata as items - fixed by https://github.com/projecthydra/sufia/pull/545 (requires pointing gw-sufia to sufia gem version that includes this PR)
