successfully deployed using passenger on gwsufia-test.wrlc.org. Still need to add SSL. Working on a branch for the readme updates that documents a prod-type deployment.

SSL has been added using self-signed certs for now. I'll get prod certs next.

Sufia deploy successfully using Apache2 and Passenger.
