Show "Remove from collection" if user has edit permission on collection Show "Add to collection" if user has edit permission on file (and only offer collections on which user has edit rights - done by defaut).

@kilahimm - I'm not sure why we decided we needed this. The My Files listing is an easy place to add files to collections. The user can remove a file from a collection by editing the collection (under Manage Items from this Collection). Those seem like the logical places. So, there is not much of a usability issue here.

However, while we're thinking about that use case (adding/removing files from collections), what might be beneficial for Sufia is:

On the My Files listing, add "Add to Collection" to the Actions dropdown. (Although for the case where it's already in a collection, would we also add a "Remove from Collection(s)" action as well?)
On the files listing when viewing a Collection, add "Remove from Collection" to the Actions dropdown.

This is certainly not something urgent with respect to GW; more just a UI enhancement we might consider contributing. I would first vet it in the discussion groups, but even before that, I'm interested in your opinion.
