sort item list by local id / title #220

looks like items under the collection view are coming through unsorted; might be best to sort by local id, then title (in case some are missing local ids).

inventory id is random, so sorting by them doesn't make sense.

@dchud Would it be a better idea to sort on created date? Which makes me think if we should add an additional column for modified date, since we allow editing collections, items and bags. Would be a separate ticket though.
