add "child" info to UI for copied bags #235

The last time we talked this through, we discussed recording that one bag copy was created from another, and showing this lineage on each copy's respective page, e.g. "copied from X" or "copied to Y".

Whether this is a good idea and how to implement it are both debatable and resolving either is not a priority.
