This is mostly just the new font, new menu style, new header styles, and new subnav styles.
In addition to changes needed in theme files, the following changes need to be handled by hand:
themekey module needs to be updated to remove/edit UTLC special theming
CKEditor module needs to be configured to use libsite7b style instead of Libsite7
content changes to the UTLC home page ("programs" section, "consultations" section, "resource section", adjustment to "other faculty events" block, etc.)
