Advertise Classic Catalog's forthcoming demise

As noticed during some of the Primo usability tests, some people primarily use Classic Catalog and get there using our site. To decrease the harsh impact of having it suddenly disappear, we should probably warn users that it's going away next to places it appears on our site. Perhaps we could even link such a warning to https://library.gwu.edu/new-search-experience (or https://go.gwu.edu/newsearch instead?).

The places we currently have references to it that I'm aware of in this codebase are:

• In the blue navbar under "Research" for Gelman (default), Eckles, and Virginia (3x in templates/libnav.php)
• Under the homepage search bar after selecting "Books & More" from the dropdown (in templates/lai-header.php)
• I'm not sure if templates/menu-tmp.html or templates/lai-libnav.php (which both reference the CC) are actually used by anything?

@rdelaloy , do you have suggestions for the specific wording to use? I'm imagining something like "Classic Catalog (going away soon)" or "Classic Catalog (retiring July 2018)".

Good idea, Max. Lets go with "retiring July 2018" and link that to https://library.gwu.edu/new-search-experience. How difficult is that to do? Can we get that ready to deploy next week?
