This pull request includes all the recent changes for the Primo launch tomorrow morning. It includes #140 (the search box stuff), #141 (text below the search box), #142 (menu item changes). It also happens to include a solution for #149 (IE11 header issues w/ emergency banner), and Robin approved sneaking in #150 (Art & Design Collection removal from menu) since it's low-risk and we're already in there changing the menu.
I'd normally put each ticket on its own branch, but since the timeline for this release was a bit out of our hands, I decided it would be better to put them all on a single branch to avoid futzing with merges and rebases and conflicts at the last minute.
