Remove Facebook link from footer #179

We're deactivating our FB account, but before we do, we need to remove the link in the footer. It's in the content of a couple of other pages that will need to be removed before deactivating the account.

@qbaron: just Gelman's FB, or also Eckles and/or Virginia? For Virginia, that would be the only social media link left, so that column might look empty if it's removed.

Just Gelman.

Eckles is planning to keep their Facebook account for the time being. I'm meeting tomorrow with Tara to review her social media needs. There's a small chance she'd switch from Facebook to Twitter. Either way, there'd be at least one social media channel for the footer.

Gelman removal deployed (via new repo). Open new tickets for any changes to VSTC footer. Closing this one.
