The homepage content uses id "promo-item-1" through "promo-item-3" for the branch libraries (lines 52, 58 and 64 of https://github.com/gwu-libraries/lai-libsite/blob/master/libsite7b/home-page-body.html), but those ids are being used elsewhere on the page. Rename or remove, or change to class.
