Create homework with more basic exercises to be done on Day 2 (review of material from Day 1).
Day 1 -> Day 2 homework.
Day 3 homework: add more scaffolding / Parsons' Problems / hints.

Refactor Parson's Problem, and add link to submission instructions.

Updated autograder to use comments instead of tags for solution cells.
