Page loads without Featured Works content from title text #232

The "GW ScholarSpace" title text loads the home page without the Featured Works content (area is blank -- see screenshot). Fixes itself on browser page reload. screenshot from 2016-07-11 14-57-25

Possible performance issue on Fedora/Tomcat. Will be interested to see if memory management improvements and/or deploy of postgresql will improve.
