Removing a user from a role results in page crash #258

For us to patch, we would:

add edit.html.erb
add role-management.en.yml (see https://github.com/coblej/hydra-role-management/commit/5204a816012e350e6e33343fed48ea666fb92f5f#diff-735a59f891c0be1629ce93538fd0a1e1 )

Tested on dev, patching as above works.
