UI Logo Change #4

(this is not a code change: use the admin control panel) Create version of ArticlesPlus logo that includes "GW Libraries" for better branding as well as UX when clicking on the logo (which sends you to the Libraries site and not ArticlesPlus home)

Fixed, new logo added to main landing page that includes the full "GW Libraries Articles Plus"
