Create Ranking tab #17

In the Ranking-Tab following actions have to be possible for the user:

differentiate between friends and users that are in the current area
see a ranking list for both options group by points
find the personal rank
see the location of your friends

[ ] add ranking (1./2./3. etc.)
[ ] add current user to friends ranking list

Added current balance of points of the current user above the friends ranking list. I would recommend integrating both the numbers for each ranking and the current user in the actual friend list in the second sprint, as the key goal to have a comparison with your friends is met with the current list.
