App: Adding Friends to Friendlist #21

So that Friendlists aren't empty it should be possible to add Friends to your Friendlist. Therefore a "Add Friend" Tab is added, where you can send Friendrequest to different users.

[ ] Create Community Tab with all users that can be added to friends
[ ] Community Tab doesn't show Friends since they are on the Friendlist
[ ] In The Community Tab you can klick on Users to see their Details and then send them a Friendrequest
[ ] Friend Tab shows Friendrequest that can be accepted
[ ] Friend Tab shows Friends who accepted Friendrequest
