App: Implement local sport clubs #22

We want to give local sports clubs the possibility to offer activities.

Acceptance criteria

[x] The map shows the locations of the clubs
[x] There is a short info about the club

Added local sports clubs as locations. Added a location screen with info about the location and activities offered there. Also added some test data.

Local sport clubs are now visible in location-tab and by clicking on them, you can see offered activities of the club. Moreover, it is possible to add a sport club activity to your calendar/planned activities.
