Key Partners

The key partners in our business model includes the European Championships 2022 and the locall sports clubs. Both partners may need to play the role of supplier as we expect our app to urge the youth (main target grroup - aged 17 to 24) to join the local sports clubs therefore they may need to provide the activities, training and support for the young people. The European Championships on the oter hand may need to provide tickets or other rewards so as to strengthen and implement the competitive aspect of our app.

Key Activities

One of the main aspects of our solution is to get people to form teams so that they could participate in their chosen activities together, so one of the min activities that our value propositions would require is a social networking platform where the young people can connect to each other based on their location, similar interests in sports and activvities and existing friendships. Another key activity we may need to focus on in order to get the message of our value proposition out to our main target group is marketing and sales. Creating a solution for people to become more active is not the hardest part, it is the motivating them to continue leding healthier and more active lives that matters in the long term. Therefore it is important to market the app in a way that appeals to their interests as well as pay attention in the constant app development and maintenance stage so as to be bale to include the needs and expectations of the consumers as time goes on.

Key Resources

Ou main resource is the social sport network that brings in people from the same age group to compete against other teams for points and rewards by participating in sports and actiivities that appeals to their personal interests. The network we want to create through our app will combine the healthier and more active lives with the social networking aspect so as to build confidence in our youth as well as keep them motivated to continue participating with their friends.
