Some suggestions for Stakeholders:

European Championships Munich 2022 (Lena Bernheine) Local Sports Clubs (new members) National Teams (more talent to choose from -> more success in competitions -> more government funding/more popularity) Government (healthy people -> less spending on healthcare)

I ve been thinking about gyms as a passive stakeholder.

Maybe add the following as stakeholders of the event:

Visitors/spectators
Media and broadcasters
Inhabitants of Munich
Sport associations (as umbrella organizations of the different sports)
Municipal service providers (public transport, waste disposal, water supply etc.)
