Feature request: background color box to block out content #104

It would be nice to have a solid "background color" box to block out unwanted 
content in a PDF. (For example, incorrect page numbers when working with 
selected pages from a larger document.) This can be simulated by inserting 
solid color images in the current version but it is inconvenient.

What version of the product are you using?
