No text color option #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any pdf.
2. Click on add text tool
3. Observe that there is no way to change the color of the text to be added.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to be able to select the color of the text.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6 on Mac OS X 10.6

Here's how to edit text color:

- While editing text, select the text whose color you want to change
- Bring up the color palette by typing command-shfit-c (aka apple-shift-c)
- choose a color
