Existing form fields not supported #114

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a PDF with existing fields (ie drop-downs, text fields, check-boxes 
etc.)
2. Observe that existing fields don't function. Drop-downs can't be 
dropped/selected. Text fields can't be filled in, check-boxes can't be checked.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be very nice if existing fields behaved normally; ie one should be 
able drop-down selection box and save the selected state. Also current text 
fields should work as is. 
Also would be very nice is to have options to delete existing fields.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
