Unable to use place image option, if iselect a png or pdf or jpeg file, its simply not showing up. #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Image should be placed on the document

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
formulatepro, Mac OS X

I think the problem is that images get placed in a central position within the 
FormulatePro window that you have open. If your FormulatePro window, however, 
is much smaller than your open PDF document, the image cannot be placed and is 
therefore not visible. This is indeed very confusing behavior which I have 
struggled with, too.
Workaround: Change your FormulatePro window to have the same size as your PDF 
document, and then place the image.
