Initial Opening of a PDF should show the entire thing #27

When you first open up a PDF, instead of giving you a nice view of the entire
page (look at Preview
for an example) FormulatePro just defaults to a standard window size. It
should show the first
page, at least, so that the user may start working without having to adjust
their window.

This has to be done within reason, of course; opening up a poster-sized PDF
shouldn't cause a
poster-sized window to spawn, but I think a standard page is reasonable enough
to be shown in its
entirety.

Fit-to-Window zooming option would be fantastic as well.

Have same problem with mac 10.5.8 PPC. Also, the tool bar is covered by the
upper
left hand corner of the main window.
