In your original papaer, the performance of L-GIREMI are only tested using a pacbio dataset . L-GIREMI is applicable to nanopore long read transciptome sequencing ?

Hi, thank you for asking! In fact, we have tested the Nanopore reads we had. Due to the high error rate of the nanopore reads, L-GIREMI was not able to generate reasonable results. However, with the fast development of the nanopore sequencing, it migh be able to apply to nanopore reads soon.
