Upgrade: Eslint to 4.0 #29

This pull request just updates eslint to version 4.0. I tested the grunt task with various repositories to make sure it works fine. Theoretically there should be no problems since the API of eslint did not change.

Thanks for the PR @chrisguttandin . I will merge this later and make a 4.0 release.
